Regina Spektor - Far

I haven't spent a lot of time listening to Spektor's music—there's only so much time in the day—and I'm trying to make up for that a bit, since she's obviously talented.

I especially appreciate the willingness to write outside a pure autographical perspective, something that can be lacking in a lot of "modern music" (a broad generalization, I know, but we don't get enough song-stories).

In between some high octane meetings (lunch is for wimps LOL) I finally sorted out my home office vinyl set-up and in a bizarre freak bicycle maintenance event fitted a bigger cassette to the bike I am riding at the weekend without any hassle at all (and transferred the existing cassette to my indoor trainer) and just a turn of the b-screw. #vinyl #cycling
