It's been a couple of decades since I heard anyone discussing #VRM but that's probably just because I was out of the loop: anyway, here we are.
This morning I used Checkatrade to solicit local tradespeople to fix a plumbing problem and within 45 minutes, I had 3 EOIs and someone booked to come over this afternoon.
One key obstacle appears to be getting the actual tradespeople to the sort of digital literacy levels required. The person I booked didn't use the system correctly.
