TL;DR: I was terrorised by a barely-controlled dog today inside an office building. Dog and handler appear also to be office tenants/workers at this same building on the same floor where I must go routinely for appointments.

An incredible moment that utterly changed how I feel about strange dogs for the time being. 😱 And the possibility that I'll run into them again in the future! 😱😱😱
