here's my answer to the question: "Describe one sustainable or Indigenous water management practice used to protect water quality."

A: "Considering water as sacred and treating it with the appropriate reverence and protocol is central to many indigenous practices relating to caretaking of waters, which ensure that water quality remains high and water remains available for future generations."
