Sketching people is the most rewarding form of sketching for me today: people are complex, time and materials are limited, which means I’ll simplify and try to turn what I see into a character. I knew this lady over socials and I shared a pic with her in the end, she responded well 😁 No matter how many times I sketch a new person, I always get a bit anxious about how they react 🤌
