Weirdly specific sign. Why no Scottish terriers? #StreetPhotography #WeirdSigns

Very weathered sign growing lichen, with a silouette of a black Scottish terrier and red forbidding cross over it.

This CVS pharmacy sign is so bizarre: it’s obviously meant to be pasted behind a clear glass window; hence the “Remove to expose adhesive” plastic sheet that covers the words in the sign. But since this branch has no glass windows, they’ve decided to paste it with the adhesive cover intact on their frosted glass divider.

But look: they used clear packing tape to paste the sign down, and the packing tape has made the frosted glass transparent. The image you see in the tape is actually what’s *behind* the glass divider.

A “Warning: time-delay pharmacy safes in use” sign, with a sheet overlaying the words with the words “Remove to expose adhesive”. The sign is held against a frosted glass window by two broad transparent tape, which has made the frosted glass clear behind them.

Although I haven't seen one myself, earth fissures are possibly roaming the earth. And, if you ask me, they are moving at a pretty good speed.

I don't know whether they've always been there, and I've only just started noticing them, but there seem to be a lot of weird signs around Glasgow at the moment. I spotted this one today in a window in the Hidden Lane. Love the Snacks Provided part, but going back and stopping yourself being born does open up all sorts of time travel paradoxes!

Every now and then I come across a road sign which raises more questions than it answers. This is one such sign I spotted today in Bowling just to the west of Glasgow.
