I was in the goshawk forest again the other day, squatting in the undergrowth and looking for photogenic wood sorrels. (They will show up later.) Then I spotted something on a wood anemone flower next to me – a tiny spider.
"Huh, that is a nice pose. Say 'cheese'!"
Based on its appearance and the photos I compared it to, I think the spider might be Philodromus cespitum. Are there any arachnologists out there? If so, feel free to correct me. There is no English name for the spider apparently. In Finnish, it is called "jokapaikannopsakki", which might raise the eyebrows of other Finns reading this.
