ICE arrests Mario Ynfante in Wyoming, Michigan, Cuello Garcia in Miami-Dade County, Florida

The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested several murderers, pedophiles and rapists during the Thanksgiving weekend. Among them were two criminal aliens from Cuba.

Since March 9, 2025, Todd Lyons has been the acting director of ICE. Based in Washington, D.C., USA, the agency is under the supervision of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Mario Ynfante

Mario Ynfante Querol was recently arrested in Wyoming, Kent County, Michigan, USA by ICE. He is a criminal illegal alien from Cuba and was previously employed in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

On April 3, 2002, Ynfante was convicted of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in Kent County. The victim was between 13 and 15 years old.

On January 24, 2025, Ynfante turned 44. He has been incarcerated since November 15, 2025.

Also known as Mario Infante and Russell Lyle Devries, Ynfante is a registered sex offender. He is 6’0″ tall and his registered weight is 215 pounds.

Cuello Garcia

Cuello Garcia Alliant was recently arrested in Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA by ICE. He is also a criminal illegal alien from Cuba.

Garcia was convicted of assault and cocaine possession. Authorities did not release details about his residence, employment and crimes.

Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez has been the president of Cuba since October 10, 2019. Born in Santa Clara, Cuba, he turned 65 on April 20, 1960.

On October 29, 2025, the General Assembly of the United Nations voted to condemn the U.S. economic embargo of Cuba for a 33rd year. The vote was 165-7 with 12 abstentions.

On November 21, 2025, Lina Teresa Luaces Estefan represented Cuba at Miss Universe 2025, competed against 119 other candidates at the Impact Challenger Hall in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand and finished in the Top 12. Born in Miami, Florida, she is the daughter of Emilio Estefan’s sister Liliana “Lili” del Carmen Estefan.
