Left over beef sirloin tip roast and beans originally cooked on the Yodersmokers 640. The beef was reimagined using the Farmernatessauce Covington Gold Dust on the Traegergrills Flatrock and made into "restaurant quality" quesadillas according to @jenniduncan.
