Today we take time to remember the people known as the Greatest Generation: the Canadians who fought in WW II.

I had the privilege of photographing a group of these war veterans, all over 100 years old for a project I started a few years ago, The Last Salute.

I had the great privilege in 2005 to photograph the last two living Canadian World War I Veterans, Dwight Wilson and Victor (Lloyd) Clement. Today, on Vimy Ridge Day, we salute and remember the valour of Canadian soldiers who took part in that war.
