It marks the end of Chinese New Year and symbolizes the coming of spring. The festival is also known as the Yuanxiao Festival.

An early Christmas present delivered late. Got my ticket to this season's Shen Yun performance, third year in a row. Vibrant colors in excellent dance choreography backed with a strong orchestra and Chinese traditional instruments

If you have a chance, I can't recommend this highly enough
