Bunajhayō is a word for café/coffee house in Azdarō, a Jumashkari language.
Buna: Coffee, a loanword from the Sidama (Earth human) language.
Jhayō: In the Azdarō culture is a traditional communal meeting house.
Āzha is a coffee farmer and Bunajhayō manager based in New Guangzhou. His family has been involved in all things coffee for at least 500 years. His Sidama ancestors were responsible for bringing coffee growing, processing and roasting to the Centaurians and Jumashkari. Āzha himself has been involved with coffee for over a century. When you drink the coffee at his coffee house Bunajhayō Āzha, you are tasting that rich history.
At Bunajhayō Āzha, you can also sample ancient 21st Century style Malaysian cuisine lovingly recreated by Āzha's wife and business partner Fatima, a chef and culinary historian. I personally recommend the Roti Canai.
