@dillyd most of that is fine, but did you get gluten free certified oats? Most of us are sensitive to oats because they are often processed on equipment that has also been used to process wheat. You have to make sure the oats are certified gluten free as well. Otherwise it all sounds good!

@courtney is a bit touristy but one of my favorite places to eat in Astoria is the Bridgewater Bistro. They handle my family's allergies so well and the view of the bridge over the Columbia is stunning. If you have time, the shipwreck is worth a visit as is the Astoria Column which has a great view as well.
