Whoops. Turns out, this was the problem: * cron is not running
$ sudo service cron start
* Starting periodic command scheduler cron [ OK ]
$ sudo service cron status
* cron is running

Does Cron not work on WSL?
@BorrisInABox must have been a particularly warm day.
@talon Oh damn, OK that is nice.
@talon Oh, For some reason I swear I saw people meeping about that it was a thing on iOS and I just assumed it wasn't ever going to be on the Mac LOL
@talon but yes I agree, should not need to be done.
@talon Oh, that is a thing now. Good good.
@talon Oh god, especially on Mac.
@talon That would piss me off.
@Pawpower Holy shit, hope you guys are safe there.
@lexipic Followers: 100!
You did it!
@Aryan I thought as much
Hmm. So those more familiar with WSL than me. Does it start with Windows? E.G. Can I set up cronjobs on it and have them reliably do, or would I have to do something like create a batch file that runs some kind of command to start it on bootup?
@talon I think part of that might be because Messages in particular got a redesign. And maybe Safari grouping did as well, need to play with that
@talon So what's this new grouping behavior you speak of?
@talon oh good to know.
@JamminJerry @DevilsChild1978 Happened to me on Thursday.
@talon New grouping behavior? Also, I was having issues with Pop Up Buttons crashing VO in really strange ways when I was messing with it on Monday.
@ratking I was having issues with Pop Up Buttons crashing VO in really strange ways.
@ratking Same.
