I've realized one thing: I'm a terrible abuser.
I damage laptops physically and phones emotionally.
My last laptop literally broke in half and was held together with duct tape and nails.
My last phone was painfully slow and drained its battery in minutes - tipical burnout symptoms.
Is there such a thing like technology therapist?

I recently started therapy. If only I had known how much money, time, and energy I could have saved by doing this earlier, instead of visiting doctors almost every week and spending hundreds of dollars on medication. Why does no one tell you how much your mental health affects your physical state?
