Found a recipe for a Monte Cristo sandwich recently. Something I haven't had or thought of in a long time. It was goooood! Cooked and served on our finest china. 😂

Happy Saint Patrick's Day ☘️

Our version included smashed red skin potatoes, air fried corned beef, and sauteed cabbage (see previous two posts). We also opened our last Green Chartreuse bottle for Tipperary and Treetop Sour cocktails. Great return from Seattle work trip in spite of the sinus thing. Good eats and day to all.
