Well I suppose this girl must go to sleep, she has a CPD day at work tomorrow that she really doesn’t have time for, yet sadly I am not wed to a multimillionaire or beneficiary of some fortuitous birth, so I must go….. roll on August and my three weeks leave!

My daughter is dating a lovely woman, who is everything I can hope for in a potential Daughter in law… next weekend my daughter is on holiday, (pre booked) so her Girlfriend has asked me to accompany her to her local pride, and I think this is lovely that we have built such a good relationship/friendship where she feels comfortable sharing her life with me even in the absence of my daughter! And this is what having good relationships with your kids can bring! #HateNeverWins #LGBTQIA

People say you become more Conservative as you grow older….

It is with great sadness that I announce: all the bicycles in my building have been taken. Including my two beloved, wonderful, retro steel bikes. I’m in shock obviously but I also feel calm (not my first rodeo). I’m very glad I had the opportunity to build and ride such nice bikes. If you see a vintage Rivendell and a Soma MTB, please let me know.

I haven’t tooted for a while, whilst I had hoped Mastodon would provide something more akin to the old days of Twitter, with good levels of engagement and interesting discussion, for some reason it feels like my toots go unnoticed and therefore I have slowly become disheartened with Mastodon ☹️ I resolve to attemp to generate more conversation and give it another go, hopefully by doing so I can get the community feeling I am searching for!
