I know that the definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over again, expecting different results. But also how is it that after fighting with our plotter almost all day, the last thing I try, which is also the same thing I’ve tired over and over, seemingly fixes the issue! Housing prices since the start of the pandemic have been insane! For example, I know my house has doubled in value! And another house I was just randomly looking at in the North Valley sold for $375k right before the start of the pandemic in 2020 & then sold again last August (2023) for $850k! It’s absolutely insane! And this is part of the reason homelessness has exploded lately! A cheap house in Albuquerque is now easily 200k!!! Affordable housing is a thing of the past unfortunately…
