@kizu @stephenhay oh wow, thanks, Roma!
@stephenhay very similar experiences
What @stephenhay looks like when he tries to remember my name 🫶
I spoke at my favorite conference about view transitions last week; CSS Day. You can find my slides at: https://css-day.cydstumpel.nl/ and my demo here: https://sidstumple.github.io/view-transitions/css-day/
On the afternoon before #cssday we are organising the one and only unofficial pre-CSS Day Event, and you are all invited. We have two fantastisc speakers — @mia and @nilsbinder! — and we will show you the incredible stuff our students have made with modern and future CSS. You don’t want to miss this, and you don’t have to, it’s free. Please let us know if you’ll join us so we can make sure we have enough chairs and drinks.
@nice2meatu love this, can’t wait!
@ross a good description, thank you!
@medienbaecker I think maybe a normal (and good) front end developer is just creating the supplied design and not suggesting changes for UX, design or animation. But they do know all about PE, performance, and accessibility. So maybe Matthias is a design engineer **and** a creative developer hahaha
@nice2meatu love to hear it! Tag me in what you create or let me know if you have questions! 💪
@medienbaecker @matthiasott ah interesting, but what is the difference with a ‘normal’ front end developer then?
@Gary555 I’m not hiring, sorry, Gary
I’m curious… what does a creative developer do in your eyes? I’m in the animation/js/threejs bubble of creative devs, what bubbles are you guys in?
On day two I only made a couple of sketch notes
I hope you guys like sketch notes! I was at #btconf this year for the first time 10/10 would recommend!
I was promised that there are creative devs here by @sarajw 👀
