In McDonald’s, an old man placed an order for one hamburger , French fries and a drink.
He unwrapped the plain hamburger and carefully cut it in half , placing one half in front of his wife.
He then carefully counted out the French fries , dividing them into two piles and neatly placed one pile in front of his wife.
He took a sip of the drink , his wife took a sip and then set the cup down between them. As he began to eat his few bites of hamburger , the people around them were looking over and whispering.
Obviously they were thinking , 'That poor old couple - all they can afford is one meal for the two of them.'
As the man began to eat his fries a young man came to the table and politely offered to buy another meal for the old couple. The old man said , they were just fine - they were used to sharing everything..
People closer to the table noticed the little old lady hadn't eaten a bite. She sat there watching her husband eat and occasionally taking turns sipping the drink.
Again , the young man came over and begged them to let him buy another meal for them. This time the old woman said 'No , thank you , we are used to sharing everything.'
Finally , as the old man finished and was wiping his face neatly with the napkin , the young man again came over to the little old lady who had yet to eat a single bite of food and asked 'What is it you are waiting for?'
She answered, 'THE TEETH'.

Starting studying for my general class this morning. I'm working on it using fasttrackham.com. I'm studying by chapters at the moment, small portions at a time. The audio version is pretty helpful. I just finished chapter 3 which has a little mixture of a refresher from tech and throws in a little new for general. I believe chapter 4 is going to end up being more new than refresher. But so far things are going well.
@ner @lynnskyi @jaybird110127 Yeah, think it's been around for a few months now. Not the greatest in my opinion. I definitely will prefer my human voices for audiobooks.

From the Out of the Mouths of Babes file. This one comes to us from our six-year-old son Kalvin. May and I were talking about Athena chewing her bone. I was asking her if she was chewing her bone. she shook her head a little bit. Kalvin said that his teacher said that when a dog shakes there head, they are saying yes. I told him that sometimes dogs shake to straiten there fur. Kalvin without giving it a second thought said, "well my teacher says something else, but she doesn't know anything." talk about ouch!

This choir no longer exist in the original form, but here's Shout Sister Ottawa Choir and my then guide dog NOah. A man left Wisconsin for a vacation in Florida. His wife was on a business trip in New York and planned to fly down to meet him the next day. When the man arrived in Florida he e-mailed his wife to let her know he had arrived, but accidentally sent it to the wrong e-mail address. Instead of going to his wife his e-mail went to the inbox of a woman whose husband had just passed away.
When the grieving widow opened her e-mail she screamed and fainted. Her son rushed into the room and found this message displayed on her computer screen:
"My darling wife: I just checked in, everything is prepared for your arrival tomorrow. I'm looking forward to seeing you again. Your loving husband.
p.s. Sure is hot down here."
