Eko-Konnect Research and Education Initiative is a Nigerian research and education network (REN) provider. We promote the development of the NREN in Nigeria through infrastructure provision, support and advocacy.
Thanks to our community for strengthening Nigeria’s research & open digital infrastructure in 2025—from cloud services and repositories to publishing platforms, IAM & #PIDs.
In 2026, #EkoKonnect2026 in Abuja brings the community together around Eko-Konnect and REN.ng — an emerging national coordination and visibility initiative, with programme design informed by forthcoming national policy discussions led by the National Universities Commission.
