Yes a lot of fucked-up shit has happened to me from people here, but it isn't like I met better people on IRC. Maybe it's on me for not vetting better.

So I'm going to try something new.

I will be on Fedi, but not here. I am too much for the locals here and instead of giving them heart attacks and annoying them, I'd rather just go somewhere else.

They are NOT kicking me off. Nor is this "quit or be kicked off." I am leaving ENTIRELY of my own volition and under absolutely no duress. They actually said they didn't want me to quit.

I don't hate the Treehouse staff. They're great people and I'm shocked they've put up with me this long. I'm shocked they're STILL willing to put up with me.
