Feeling the #bloomscrolling 🌺 today, here’s a few pics from Glasgow’s botanic gardens a couple of weeks back

A fairy Iris, largely white flower with yellow and pale purple highlights

Wild flowers, white daisies and pink somethings dotted about amongst green grass and leaves. In the centre is a bright red poppy with nearly black middle.

Picked up some lovely yarn from the Scottish Yarn Festival in Perth a few weeks back. It's 55% BFL, 45% silk, and is somehow both squishy and slinky.

For those that can't guess what it's for (the lady I bought it from knew instantly 😅 ), its for the upcoming Westknits Geogradient mystery shawl knitalong, that kicks off next week!
