It was "about...a kid" who was only prosecuted for political efforts to lower Pres. Biden to the level of the GOP-fed "Swamp."
Since 2016, the GOP MO has been to make up comparisons—even the lamest of the lame—between Democrats and the GOP's Miscreant-in-Chief—and say, "See! They do it too! Only they're worse!"
But it's always GOP officials caught with hands in the cookie jars & ethics stuck in the muck.

My own, fervent hope is that, sometime between now & the end of the Biden/Harris term, Pres. Biden announces his resignation. Then, VP Harris automatically becomes the 47th U.S. President, & the least that the Trump criminal syndicate has to do is trash all their Made-in-China merchandise & come up with a bunch of new stuff.
Once we Americans finally have a "first female President," at least that hurdle will have fallen. Who knows what great things might come next?😐

What are your thoughts on the correlation between (A) the ludicrous words of a self-declared victory and (B) the end of the distracting and deadly efforts on Hezbollah's part?
I'll take (B) actions over (B) words any day.
If all the Islamic world, especially those elements consumed by quest for a Global Caliphate, claim victory and stop terrorizing—and especially if they begin work on building productive, Palestinian societies instead—wouldn't that be a Fine thing?

FWIW* whenever I have trouble getting underway, such as with a tough, new writing project, my go-to starter is to do the dishes.
Once I get moving with that, I usually end up doing a few, other, related tasks, such as taking out compost or trash. Then I always end up at the desk in my office—
Where I still may end up not getting started, but at least the dish-washing and a few other chores are out of the way.😎

My take on the big picture is that we American voters who pay attention to politics are a surprisingly small percentage. Those who bought the fallacies that led them to vote GOP did so despite publications—notably the WSJ—that reported favorably on our economy in comparison with the rest of the world.

If everything Mr. Tmurp* says is a lie, then this includes the worst stuff, too. You know, it's often possible to just laugh off a Narcissist, in a way that gets them to back down, if they can claim that backing down was their idea all along.
I grew up under such Narcissism. I have some knowledge of work-around efforts that just might save Us.
