Zarf was both treasurer and effective tech lead of @IFTF for nearly ten years! As IFTFโs former president, may I lead an aptly text-based clap-out as he hands these roles off to new leadership. ๐๐๐ (emojis are text, dang it) @zarfeblong

@zarfeblong Thank you very much for all your work with us!!
Today was my last day as IFTF Treasurer and Tech Person Who Knows All The Tech Stuff. (That last wasn't a formal role when I started, but it is now.)

Please welcome my replacements, Colette Zinna and Doug Valenta (https://hachyderm.io/@dougv).
Whew! I'm still helping IFTF in a bunch of ways, but I can now say I've handed those two jobs off.
The February 21 deadline for proposing a Narrascope talk is fast approaching.
Whether itโs an all-new analysis of an old classic, a groundbreaking design paradigm, or a profound realization from your last narrative project, we want to hear about it!
We are pleased the announce the 4 projects that have been awarded an IFTF microgrant this year!

The Twine Cookbook now has a print edition! It contains the same content as the web site, but is fun to leaf through and otherwise enjoy when you're not on the internet. Proceeds from sale go to @IFTF, and an EPUB version is also available on the web site for download for free.
Get the print edition for a mere $16 through the end of December: https://twinery.org/cookbookprintdec24
