@DankandDebauchery You can use an FSA to pay for any of a host of coveted medical expenses, including co-pays at doctors, prescription fees, and over-the-counter medical supplies including diapers. It may work differently depending on your employer, but I'm able to fund my FSA account with a max of $3300 every year, which I get deducted directly from my paycheck pre-tax over a few months. I submit receipts to their website to get reimbursed from that fund for the cost of the diapers and other supplies. I still have to charge the amount I paid with the sales tax to that account, but this way I don't also pay income tax on that money, if that makes sense.
