Trying to build a Podracer in #Lego2KDrive. It is limited by the fact that you have to choose a base with wheels. Making it transparent helps a little. I’ll continue improving it. This is fun!

@jimmylittle @agiletortoise Simply telling the current time, if that’s all you need, is best in digital. But telling what time will be in, say, 45 minutes or how much time left until the full hour or anything else that needs the broader context, is much easier to grasp (for me) on analog. One is math, the other is visual.

It’s rarely enough for me to just know what time it is now, I often need it in context to some other time in the future or past. So that’s easier to parse in analog.

@agiletortoise I agree there should be more options but analog remains the best way to read a clock.

If Apple (incorrectly) suspects fraud on your iCloud account they can lock you out with no way back in, which would then kill all your passkeys. I don't see why Apple or Google should have the power to lock me out of every website I visit. Passkeys are not a well-thought our plan. Apple and Google love it because it locks you into their device.

Wow, Linus is stepping down as CEO of Linus Media Group. He’s sticking around and sounds like he’ll still be deeply involved and working on content, but stepping aside from the management side of things.

They’ve done incredible work over the past decade, so hopefully this just means good stuff for their channels.

@matt This sounds like a great decision. I can’t imagine how hard it must’ve been for him to be responsible for everyone and the company itself while at the same time have fun with them. No matter how lean your company is structured, there is always a disconnect and it’s also just very stressful.

90 km Gravel Runde bei schönstem Wetter geschafft. Gefühlt am Anfang nur hoch und zurück dafür viel runter (aber mit fiesen Zwischensteigungen). Leider hatte die Route in Komoot extrem viele, extrem lange Straßenpassagen, sodass ich zwischendurch die Strecke angepasst habe. So oder so hab ich schon mit dem Leben abgeschlossen, so fertig war ich 😵
