Dad boiled up some high protein chicken breasts for dinner for us for the next week.
Then he added vegetables to the stock plus some Crème Fraiche for creamy chicken and vegetable soup for himself. We’ll stick with the chicken thank you.

@Sophoife we are in. Dad timed his colonoscopy nicely for the rest day. An early night for us last night so we missed the ITT. But Dad’s daughter stayed with us so we got to jump on her and wake her up in the morning. That was fun. 🐶🐶
