i’m a fan of change, today. my favorite version is inspired by the residential ownership rules in sweden:

only residents can purchase residential property. to be a resident, by definition, one must live in the residence for one out of every three years.

period. no v.c. $$, no illegal airbnb douchebags, no property managers. actual humans who live in the community only.
