Video editors in Resolve: Any good resources on how to organise projects in a simple but effective way?

I'm working on 30min project more, lots of footage, music, etc.
And I'm not the most organised, looking for inspiration of people who have effective bin / timeline structure

Radar satellites can see at night and through clouds

They also can detect millimetre changes in some cases, from space (!)

But I've found them really counter-intuitive, so I spent the last 6 months working on a video explaining how they work

I also have an iPad that I carry around and prefer having on the desk in laying flat on the table we record on if I need to check some notes, but the laptop isn't on the table
