@fraser One of the best themes.
Good thought re Waterman. Maybe it when he was just starting out.
TV cops in the 70s, UK vs US.
'It's better to be acute than obtuse, especially if you're angling for something' - some ancient Greek. Pythagoras, probably.
Thailand's magical cats.
More quirky Bangkok. This city certainly has the most artistic sewerage related street level access I've ever seen. A manhole cover would be drab, practical in most cities. Not here. They seem to be indivualised with colourful decoration celebrating local landmarks.

This perky pair is looking to take up residence in a local plane tree. Welcome to the neighbourhood!
Their work done, today is the day all good corflutes go on their slow, ritual journey to corflute heaven. Vale, all you rigid corrugated plastic bearers of political advocacy, vale!
Okay, a fantastic win but now ...

A barbecued sausage in bread is a traditional sale item at such and has become known as the legendary democracy sausage.
The rest of the world when they learn about election day in Australia.
I mispronounced 'dolphin' but I did it on porpoise.
Eastern long-necked turtle in the Darebin Parklands today, coming up for a breather and a look around.
@Salvo @timrichards I tossed up between 'Borry' and 'Bozza', the latter obviously being after the famous Australian uncivil engineer Edwin Fullerton Bozza.
@MichaelPryor Gondor calls for beer! And if you could grab us a pack of Winnie Blues too mate, I'll pay ya right back!
