I had ligament injections done at the beginning of the year for my back, and it's been a wild trip since then. I went from constantly subluxating/dislocating my T5 and T6, to barely having any subluxations/dislocations. Same with my shoulders.
All from a series of injections of dextrose (and areas numbed with lidocaine).
Like...wtf body?

Shit like this makes me want to commit tax fraud.

I overdid it....but at least the house is cleaned, the beds are changed and made, and the laundry is finishing up.

0. Change your “master password” to a complex and unique passphrase.
1. Increase PBKDF2 iterations way beyond defaults to 300k+.
2. Change all your passwords in your vault.
3. Consider migrating to a platform that doesn’t bury bad news updates during a holiday period.
