I’m not really surprised. I kind of saw this coming with the price and how the sales started dropping after the launch.
I was talking to a friend about it and i just got brushed off by him saying “The numbers are too large too mean anything”. It’s crazy how people like him just buried their heads in the sand
KOTOR i really liked growing up! Granted i played the mobile Version on a kindle fire i got for free that was going to shit…
That Backlog though is great. Almost all of those except KCD2 i have had a great time with. I even 100% the Oblivion Remaster.
The Silent Hill 2 Remaster is up there in my recommendations, though that’s more of a me thing. Alan Wake (Both 1 & 2) are some of my favorite games of all time too, just a heads up on the second one that it’s only available through Epic on PC. I know that’s a deal breaker for a lot of people, and it almost was for me if i couldn’t add it as a Non Steam Game.
I’m always the man in the truck guy so i get to dodge a lot of the Jumpscares lol. It sucks for my Teammates who are a lot more startled by Jumpscares, because i’m the only one of us who can actually pay attention to the Cameras. The most involvement i have (until 1/2 the team is gone) is going in and dropping cameras down for footage and stuff
Definitely developed a bit of an addiction too it. I even ended up picking up a physical copy of CE from my local game store for 5$. I just need to get an OG Xbox to play it with…
I have! I actually only stopped in the middle of trying to get all the achievements. I was in the middle of my Grounded run when i stopped. I think i got like right to the island
I think i was out of Ammo too so i couldn’t do my usual Spray n’ Pray i do for the flood. It was definitely a fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck moment

It’s a niche gripe because i like achievement hunting, but it kills a lot of motivation for me in a game when there’s separate achievements for a high difficulty. I feel like there’s been only 3 times i actively enjoyed it out of all the game’s i’ve done. That being Halo (it’s like a right of passage for that game’s culture, and Halo 2 is the only one that’s the worst), Uncharted 4, and The Last of Us Part II.
There’s also games that are just overloaded with stuff. I’m not sure how to describe it, but a lot of games i’ve run into just feel like they had a ton of stuff shoved in and it just throws me off. The Sonic adventure games were like this for me
I completely get that. With everything going on today it’s just nice too have something like these too look at. Putting these together for an hour or so everyday provides the same relief for me

I hear New Leaf touted as the pinacle of the “old” Animal Crossing. Whether that’s true or not though idk. I’ve never been a big AC guy, i usually stick with them for a day and then forget about them
I had a DS Lite growing up and that thing lived a long life until one day it was tossed by my younger sister in a fit of rage. one day to find it and to try and fix it
