@VE2UWY believe it or not, there are still some cities that have their gamewell boxes in service. A smaller one near me, York PA does, and I think Boston might still have theirs.

Most excellent news that I had hinted at a couple weeks back -

I signed the offer letter for a new job yesterday!

It's the same company I work for now, but I'm moving out of back office process improvement/project management, and into a Product Manager job with our new product development team. Instead of projects where we figure out how to keep cash longer and let it go slower, I'll get to work with the development of hardware and firmware that is used in our company's Fire Alarm Systems.

Because of that long drive I have no #HamRadioWorkBench podcasts left to catch up on. I didn't think it was possible, but I have run out of workbench- I need an emergency bonus episode for my lawn mowing today.

@HopelessDemigod if I had more time to pack, I would have thrown in my portable stuff, which would have included the ability for 6m. Unfortunately the lead up to this trip was a bit hectic, and I didn't get to sort through my traveling stuff, which hasn't been out for like 5 or 6 years.
