I’ll check back for any replies when they load on Wednesday.

Doubtful it’s you. It’s every small business that deals with the zon.

I write #TimeTravel bc I desperately wish I knew what happened at that point in history. Since I cannot go back myself, I’ll just make it up and let it unfold the way I wish it did.

#WritersCoffeeClub #4May What's the worst thing about being a writer?
When you share
what you write and
no one reads it.
Dreams aren’t always so easy to manage. Neither is being awake.

#WritersCoffeeClub #3May Does your work include pictures, maps or other custom graphics? Share your pics.
Yes, all of my blog posts include images, usually photos, or maps of places I’ve traveled, and even the occasional word clouds.
I also post a #WordlessWednesday post with only photos on a single theme every now and then.

Congrats on winning the words edition of Where’s Waldo.
Even Google admits - grudgingly - that it is losing the spam wars. The explosive proliferation of botshit has supercharged the sleazy "search engine optimization" business, such that results to common queries are 50% Google ads to spam sites, and 50% links to spam sites that tricked Google into a high rank (without paying for an ad):

I’ve seen a few responses to today’s Q that say no, and my first thought was, “What about the cover art?” Thanks for mentioning that.
[Technically, it was my second thought as my first thought was why bother posting a two-letter response to a Q designed to promote conversations between writers.]
@willelm
Maps for fantasy stories can be helpful, but conversely limits readers’ imagination.
As an author you can also use the map you have as a marketing tool for social content, promotional giveaways, or break it up into pieces and tease it ahead of the book launch.
Without it, you can also encourage readers to buy your book by promoting their fan fiction creations of maps based on your book.
