The new comet Gibbs P/2023 Y2, announced today on MPEC A148, has an orbital period of just over 7 years. In this image, obtained this morning by G. Ventre at Sormano2 Observatory (L06), it shows a small tail in PA abt 300

No unfortunately we do not have such a list. However, your estimate does not seem to me very far from reality even if, on January 18th of last year, 1994 PC1 reached mv ~10.0

Yes , computations of 2023 DZ2, made at Sormano Observatory, including obs up to March 21, indicate its approach from the Earth's surface at 168300 Km +/- 140.
