Today's 5.11 release of Please Don't Rain has several accessibility updates:
* Improvements to some VoiceOver interactions.
* Smart Invert fixes for weather images.
* Better contrast with charts in Dark Mode.
Please Don’t Rain is a fun, convenient way to track whether rain (or snow) will affect a day that’s important to you.
When you have an important day coming up it can be cumbersome having to look up the weather for it over and over again. Not anymore!

Today's 5.10 release of Please Don't Rain is the last big release for several months. I’ll be spending the summer adding all the new goodies announced at WWDC for iOS 19.
This release contains improvements for sharing the main forecast, support for an additional font, and lots of bug fixes.
Today's 5.9 release adds a new accessibility setting.
Bar charts now have the ability to differentiate without color.
You can find this under Settings, Accessibility.
Very excited to announce that Please Don't Rain now supports accessibility fonts with version 5.6 that is releasing today.
• OpenDyslexic

• Atkinson Hyperlegible
Font settings are found in Settings, Accessibility.
It's already been two years of Please Don't Rain.
Today's 5.5 release adds a visibility chart.
Shared forecast details now include artwork (if you want).
Plus various UI improvements.
Thank you for supporting the app!
Version 5.4 is out today.
There are now times associated with the high and low temperatures.
There's also some nice user interface improvements for charts.
Today's 5.3 update has some nice updates to the Nearby Days section. There are a lot more scenarios where more data can be displayed when space is limited.
You can also now share this section!
Version 5.2 is out today. It has some nice UI upgrades and a new theme that my sister drew: Butterflies!
iOS 18.2 launches today and Please Don’t Rain version 5.0 now has support for image creation thanks to Image Playground (where available)!
You can try it in demo mode for free.
Today's 4.7 update has some accessibility improvements and bug fixes.
Today's 4.6 update adds more colors to the UV Index chart and all colors are configurable. Also added a UV Index legend.

Thanks to a suggestion from valued user @thillsman you can now share each chart in today's 4.5 update.
You’re in control of what types of images the app will show with today's release!
* Under Settings, “Weather Image Details”, there’s a new section called “Image Control”.
* By default all artwork is available.
* There is an option to make AI artwork not allowed.
* There is another option to make only AI artwork allowed.
* The “Random Images” setting will respect whatever choice is active.
New theme drawn by my sister: Webs.
Hurricane Helene made me realize that there is a glaring omission with Please Don't Rain. Users can't track what the wind speeds will be during each part of the day. That gets fixed today with version 4.3!
There's also a new theme, "Spooky Season 2".
Please Don't Rain will be ready for the launch day of iOS 18 with some fun new goodies! 🐸️
Version 3.3 is out and the "Nearby Days" section gets a nice upgrade.
When there's space available new columns for rainfall and snowfall can be shown.
Here's an iPhone SE in landscape mode as an example.
This will most likely be the last big release until the fall. I’ll be working hard all summer adding the newest features for iOS 18.
Version 3.2 is out and it's a big one.
Please Don't Rain supports iPad now!
Big thanks to my sister for drawing this great artwork for the event.
Version 2.37 is out now.
It adds the "Hourly Forecast" section to the day you're currently tracking the weather for.
There's also a new theme called "Brush Strokes".
Version 2.35 is out now.
For quite a while you’ve been able to use left and right arrows to change the day you’re tracking the weather for to another day. Now you can do the same thing with a left or right swipe!
If you don’t want this ability to be enabled you can disable it in Settings, General, Gestures.
Version 2.34 is out!
There are enhancements to the UI for when the tracked day becomes the current day.
The current temp is now prominently displayed and there's now a way to toggle between showing stats for the current hour or the whole day.
This day had both rain and snow but during the current hour there was neither.
There's also a new theme drawn by my sister called "Spring Flowers".
