@tokyo_0 @max @mods yes I know that. I guess I am seeking translation for posts in languages other than my posting or preferred language. For example Deutsch to English.

@max I checked. While I have another account with mastodon.social which allows Translate as long as you have set a preferred language tweesecake.social does not have that setting. Can @mods please enable #translation for this site if possible ?

@max thanks for sharing this. I saw this #feditips link this morning but could not find any such option in my mobile app. I will give it a try in the desktop version. I happen to believe that it needs to be enabled at the instance admin level. I could be wrong.

Is there way for users to setup translation for posts to preferred language in Mastodon?. In my case, my preferred language is English and I would like for an option at the bottom or in the ellipsis to translate it on request. This way we would have access to more streams of thoughts and perspectives without the confines of the language. Is it just about tweesecake enabling it?
Translation is accessibility too.
