@c_dan4th I'd suggest adjusting your saddle backwards a fraction, that should take weight off your hands, because the usual reason hands go numb isn't related to grips.

@anon_opin Nobody reports what's happening to #nhs - it's being sold off to American corporations at scale. People can't question what they aren't aware of and it's that way by design, so that long before people realise what's happened, the NHS will have already died in darkness.
@lastnotlost @CS3CS6Count London + Bikes = ♥️
@Gina The majority of countries in the Middle East are tax free in the sense that there is no income tax, so what you earn through work you keep. There is however, corporate tax in all ME countries and depending on country: tax on income obtained not through work (investments, stocks, property, etc) or 2% tax on wealth. The system works for everyone.
@nixCraft It's getting rather strange watching the things the Left in America now suddenly supports, just because Trump cuts funding... 🤔
@dumbpasswordrules 6-10 characters... 😂😂😂😂😂😂
If you lose your savings and that's their password policy, they deserve to be sued.
@BasicAppleGuy "Hello, Apple intelligence" - sounds like it's there to help you.
"Built for Apple intelligence" - sounds like you are there to help it.
@AGT They still do these courses of teaching kids to ride bikes safely, in primary schools, throughout the UK.
@theregister You only have to look at the CIA's Vault 7 to see the level of espionage tools and tricks the Americans use on foes and allies alike...
As a cyclist, where would you prefer your local council to spend money?
@PoliticalCartoon Why is he always naked?
@billgoats Supermarkets never store eggs in the fridge so nobody else should either...
(unless you're buying eggs in America where they need to be in the fridge)
@ThePoint There is no such thing as "retaliation of tariffs", there is only copying #tariffs, copying Trump. If #Trump wants to hurt Americans with tariffs and limit their consumer spending and limit goods Americans can buy, then there is no reason why UK/EU should copy that and hurt our citizens with tariffs. Instead, we should use this opportunity to prosper #uk #eu with no tariffs. There's a golden opportunity here. We should not go down with the sinking ship that is America, by copying it.
@uk As a cyclist in UK, I can honestly say the vast majority of cycle lanes are awful, they are designed by people who have obviously never ridden a bike, they last 100m-200m before ending abruptly on the pavement, but cycling on the pavement is illegal, they give car drivers the wrong impression that they are compulsory which creates road rage (Rule 61 Highway code says they are optional), they are often full of pedestrians and in the majority of cases are far more risky than just using roads
@jonny Yeah, but keep in mind it's not the researchers who make a profit from the paywall, it's the journals.
@heidilifeldman The crash of the financial markets is the goal. The tariffs are merely the excuse to cause the orchestrated crash.
@nixCraft Double down. Crash the markets then claim AI is the solution to the crash. They'll probably spin it as AI is the saviour of the markets again in the same way as ALADDIN was the saviour of 2008 financial crash. AI investments will probably increase as a result to benefit the same tech bros that created the problem in the first place. Create the [economic] problem to force investment in the thing they'll claim is the solution [AI]. It's the Hegelian dialectic.
@ryne Le Pen got a 4 yr "prison" sentence, BUT that's 2 yrs suspended and 2 yrs to be served under house arrest at her home not physically in prison. Means her punishment is a curfew. She also got a fine and a suspension from public office. No jail time.
@dumbpasswordrules Banks that do this should be mandated to inform their customers that any hacker worth their salt can hack into their account instantly (in the case of 6 alpha numeric character passwords).
