people often debate spf levels, but iβve always found the most effective sunscreen to be the roof of an air conditioned house

My interests are wide-ranging, including #art, #books, & #museums! I'm a proud #nudist. Also an enthusiastic #hypnosis subject. #LGBWithTheT

@harlanparamore Good grief! These are really good! I didn't know you were an artist. This level of talent is like magic to me. It seems supernatural to be able to create images like this with your hands.
Science fiction has always given us both hope and dire warnings about what could be.
@aphyr Repetition is powerful and effective!
@geekysteven I used to do that when I was a kid from around 6-10 years old.
I read a post recently that decried making #art for artβs sake in such troubled times.
I heartily disagree.
Making art, no matter the purpose, brings joy and beauty into a world sorely lacking in both. Sure, art can be a form of protest, but letβs not be limiting the Muses when we need them most.
@leathersub I definitely feel the same way, which suggests that I am walking down this exact path.
@aubearon.bsky.social
Good Lord, curves in all the right places!
@senanthic This is just gorgeous! Adding color will make it astonishingly beautiful, but it's also beautiful just like this! What an excellent choice you made.
Something to chew on, this Pride month:
As a cis and/or hetero person, you don't have to understand how it feels to be gay, pan, or ace, to be trans, enby, genderfluid or any other identity or orientation. You don't need to intellectually "get" it. It doesn't have to make sense to you.
There's nothing more to it than taking people's word for how they feel, and standing alongside them, as they simply live their lives as themselves.
Much love :BetterPrideHeart:
@wardi
nnnggghhh π€€
I would love to!
@fesshole Oh my God, this reminds me of when the landlord of the office building where my prior employer had a suite put the most bizarre art I have ever seen in my life in the common areas. It was horrendous having to walk by the awfulness everyday
@orange Well, this is an absolutely terrifying conversation. π±
@scooterrific This is really the only social media I actually follow with any kind of regularity.
@gruff @ray Somehow I always knew this but didn't know how to say it until I read this post. Growing up I was made to feel as though I was certainly not a boy but not a girl either. So, this whole idea of gender always seemed weird to me and led me to understand early on that we're simply humans. However we choose to express ourselves is valid. I think this makes sense in the context of a community that includes trans people.
