@Holberg I was reading a social media post recently about how bad houses are built in Vegas. I don’t understand, we bought our house before they built it and walked it every few days while it was being built. My dad, who has been construction adjacent for 50 years, was astonished at how well it was built. He couldn’t believe it.

My electric bill last month was $263 though but weirdly that was $50 cheaper than last year for the same month. I guess it was a cooler month this year.

@Holberg@mstdn.I have a large(ish) house and they build houses so well my electric bill is cheaper than much smaller houses of people I know in other (cheaper to live in) cities.

I want a smaller house though.
