Haha..i think instead of one shoulder off like in Flash Dance, with my top there are two naked shoulders ( or one shoulder and part of my boob).

Why didn't i frog it, you ask. Well, frogging this yarn is worse than mohair ( and i'm lazy, which now bites me in the ass, because i have more work to do...

One sleeve to go and the next W.I.P is finished.

Knitting with bouclè yarn isn't really fun, but i really like the texture it gives. Still, i'm quite sure i used the wrong yarn for the top, because it will be really (really) oversized. I bought some elastic yarn (those ones for sewing and gathering). I think i can make it wearable.

Week 1: Finished W.I.P

We had quite a snowy and cold first week of the new year. This weather kind of makes me tired. But still it was a busy week. Sadly i again have problems with my computer, which appeared since we had to "upgrade" to Windows 11. It is a bit annoying. I managed to finish one of my W.I.Ps this week. I have to admit i started with the one which was nearly finished, but finished is finished!

The original pattern is without the stripes, those i made because i hadn't enough of the mint coloured yarn.
It is an easy project!

Finished one of my W.I.Ps. There wasn't a lot left to do.

2026: Ongoing Projects and Plans

I hope you all had a nice, calm transition into the New Year. I was mostly crafting, sorting my yarn stash and making lists of projects i need to finish and of projects i´m planning to do this year. I have started a lot of projects in the old year (which is quite normal for me), but that also means, i have to finish them before i can start a new project.

The back piece looks a bit weird, but the dolman sleeves will be huge. And looking at the left front buttonband-edge (?), i will probably need to sew something inside to make it lay flat, like a grosgrain ribbon or something.
In a few rows i will start the cables, i hope it will be a bit more exiting than just stockinette.

Vor kurzem in den Nachrichten gehört, dass 2025 ein Rekordjahr bzgl. Verkauf von Feuerwerk ist. Dabei war letztes Jahr schon ein extremes Rekordjahr...

Ich bin eigentlich immer in der Fraktion "so unsichtbar wie möglich".
Ich würde das hellblau nehmen, da es passt und schon vorhanden ist. Außer bestellen und liefern geht ratzfatz, Wollweiß kann man ja immer gebrauchen.

Also willst du es nicht unsichtbar? Sondern den Effekt von einer Kappnaht. Vielleicht ein Art Grau das etwas Blauanteil hat ausprobieren?

Obwohl es durchaus immer wieder ein paar Sachen gibt, die weder dem Ersteller noch den Testern auffällt. Auch beim xten Mal durchlesen.
