One of my fave contemporary philosophers ♥️
@cadence mmmmm yes
either we have our media completely centralised by Zucc or by Murdoch...

Neither sounds fancy, time to run our own anarchy newspapers or somethin i guess
@pasture Piracy yarrgh
@fribbledom why is it that we have fingertips, but not toe tips? but we can instead tip toe.
AnCaps who've actually read Spooner, Rothbard or Adam Smith are actually the easiest people to radicalise.

Those who've read Rand, Friedman or haven't even read a single book are just crypto fash

currently not feeling safe where im living at. my mental health is seriously deteriorating, hopefully we can leave for katanning within a couple a weeks... after katanning, i'll move done south.
@kawaiipunk "The Next Revolution" is yeah, when Bookchin has a go at AnSyndies, AnPrims, Marxists and the reformist greenies.I can understand where he's coming from.
What I rlly do like tho, is the constitution of the Indian IWA- they've completely embraced green-syndicalism and eco-feminism, it was quite beautiful to read actually-- something that IWA in the west needs to catch up on.
I can see bookchin
@kawaiipunk Fly In Fly Out
an Australian policy that had bipartisan support. Pree much the total de-unionisation of the mining sector- causing hyper-urbanisation... but other industries here like agriculture have adopted it as well.
the huge problem with IWW is, it has a centralised administration. The problem with ASF-IWA, specifically to Aus, is it's constitution is out-dated. One of the the points is "each chapter can decide on how to go about punishing/disciplining its members"--- "punishment" needs to be changed to rehabilitation.
@kawaiipunk dammit kawaii punk with ur red/black dp, damn lifestylists! Industrial unionism is outdated, dynamics of capitalism has shifted already, its no longer about class -- read bookchin, not google him! *angry bookchinite noises*

hahaha nah jokes. but for realsies tho, i do criticise both heavily some elements of the IWW + IWA and XR.

FIFO pree much has nailed the coffin of the glory days of unionism.. but also flying any red flag in like an enviro protest or direct action is just rlly bad optics. i dislike XR's protesting side, but love its social ecology... its just a matter of shifting towards to green co-ops & communes instead of focusing on changing from within the cities and pty business
After seeing red x black flags pop up again, cant help but to think of this:

"I believe that the color of radicalism today is not red, but green.

I can even understand, given the ecological illiteracy of so much of the conventional left, why many green activists describe themselves as “neither left or right."---
While the green movement is right to reject a mere variant of conventional left orthodoxy dressed up in a few new environmental metaphors, it is a huge mistake, I think, to fail to consciously draw on left libertarian and populist traditions, particularly eco-anarchism. When greens reject their affinity with these left traditions, they cut themselves off from an important source of insight, wisdom, and social experience."
-Murray Bookchin, 'Defending The Earth', pg 41.
