So I haven't worked on a game for a bit.... the last one was the tea game and that was a jam. I'm currently just trying to work on something small and I think a game is too big for me so I'm gonna do a small kids book, see if I can get it published, if I can't, no big. But yeah, might be a bit inactive here as there isn't any game dev Im doing currently.
I dunno why...
But every now and then I wonder what the portuguese game dev scene is like.
I have never had a previous interest in Portugal. No one I know has been to Portugal.

@cratesmith and I made a little game about brewing and sharing tea for a game jam up near Lamington Nation Park.
It's not *quite* done yet, we might add a couple more characters, but for the most part it's there.

#screenshotsaturday I see? It's Sunday morning for me and I hope I'm not too late. I've been working on a pitch doc to send to potential collaborators. It's annoying that the most I have to show is walls of text, grant documents, and some illustrations but hopefully I'll ge this train rolling soon and have some game screenshots!
Wew I'm almost finished my script for the game before I'm going to send it to a couple of consultants. Can't wait! It'd be good to get this story out from my head and into someone elses to see what they think.

I sometimes wonder if making an effort to not be an asshole counts for anything. Not to say I think I'm entitled to anyone's time, it's just I went from mega asshole to actually being like, functional. I worry sometimes that I've burned bridges I'll never get back now. /vent on main
