I am moderating this server alone as it is rather quiet, but if needed I plan on getting more moderators. I want to reassure potential users that I do my absolute best to be reactive and efficient, but also that you should feel safe using the reporting feature here, as I vow to keep all reports private, even when dealing with potential offenses through that feature.

@richie it's mostly moot seems you can do a proper migration now and it will carry over your following *and* followers to the new instance

the one thing that suck's about snouts shutting down is there doesn't seem to be any other instance that has:

* siph's pokemon emojos
* the mutstd extra emojis like :dog_tilting_head:
* the :lazer_L: :lazer_A: :lazer_Z: :lazer_E: :lazer_R: :lazer_T: :lazer_E: :lazer_X: :lazer_T: emojos
* a bunch of other hecking cool emojos from here dang

Alright, so it looks like a lot of folks are going to need new instances since the place where I used to do my (often very 18+) furryposting is now shutting down. This thread ain't about the current fediverse meta, but each toot will instead be a brief description of each of the potential instances someone could go to after snouts.online announced that they will be shutting down. Please don't bring up the meta untagged on this thread with your replies.

not to encourage theft but instance admins you should absolutely pillage snouts for its emojos there's some really good ones
