Oh yeah, quiche and leftover jersey royals for lunch, I've arranged a plate ready for when I feel like eating. Done all the baking, washing up of everything used and now I'm hydrating and sat down to watch the F1 =D

They taste amazing. Jonathan came and had one and then had one from fresh out of the oven. I had one, then I also have a fresh out of the oven one too.

First batch of biscuits are in the oven. I thought you should put biscuit dough in the fridge, but this goes straight to portion biscuits dough, flatten a bit and put in the oven. The next batch is just under cling film in the kitchen.

Interested to see how these go. Couldn't resist sticking white choc chunks in top.

@thisness yes, rather excited to see how they turn out. I'm not really versed in making biscuits! =)

@TheBreadmonkey they have their own special underwear, I imagine like very tight spanx bloomers. I think that's why they always have a weird rictus grin. I have a weird recollection they have some out there beliefs but not sure if I'm mixing them up with scientologists.

I'm loving the Original Source shower gel in Crisp Apple. I smell of red toffee apples and feel refreshed.

I've had toast and bramble jam, my own lovely fresh bread. Good robust cup of tea and now I'm watching an episode of Below Deck Down Under. Then ginger biscuits baking! =)

I have oats for some oat and sultana cookies later on in the week, or when I want to =)

Ginger biscuits are being made today. They'll have crystallised ginger and white chocolate chips.
