Fideli the fox is torn between his affection for the otter prince Kuniwin and his loyalties towards his imprisoned mother Luzia.
Today’s story is the first of two parts of Letters to Luzia by Casterway, a young ursine writer whose obsession with history led him to join the Furry Historical Fiction Society. You can find this story, among others, in the Early Modern anthology “The Wideness of the World,” available later this week. Casterway originally entered the field of writing by way of fanfictions about Redwall and the Elder Scrolls which could be found on AO3, and he can also be contacted on Bluesky.
