@shayz0rz Being alive is so fucking expensive. And everything is more expensive if you have even a LITTLE bit of disability, of any sort.
Sure it's financially cheaper to buy everything as ingredients. But it costs in spoons.

I wound up deciding to refund the order but I'll be honest, sent a pretty snarky email response to the request.

I haven't been promoing the shop as much lately because I've been SWAMPED. Which is a good thing. Counting the days til my vacation and hoping I'll come back much refreshed.

@shayz0rz Yeah. Tbh I'm less sympathetic about their own needs because their order was half of a mortgage payment for me. Not a small amount.

Like I'm sorry they're in a tough spot, but 99% of the time I would NOT be able to refund that after a month has gone by! That money gets allocated for keeping me and the kiddo alive.

@shayz0rz Yeaaaah. I'm trying to have compassion, I'd wager they're canceling because they're in a spot where *they* need the money.

But tbh the only reason I'm not telling them fuck no is because my kid is graduating this month and I'm SUPER busy. So having one less big order to make will reclaim a chunk of time I could really use.

Plus, I just bought a freezer full of salmon and chicken, I can live off rice bowls.
