@cy @Uair not me, but Brian and my late husband got cortisol in huge amounts during his many chemotherapies, after i told them that he behaved like on speed, they reduced to the minimal amount, but it was not possible to cut it out

@cy @Uair my mother, who was strongly bipolar always said to me, when i started to get crazy due to not sleeping, at the end you get exhausted and the body claims the sleep, that is true as long as cortisol is not used, as i could see with Michael, going for 48-70 hours without sleep during the chemotherapy, i once said to him: go, get me a big chunk of wood and he asked me what for? To whack you over the head with it, so you stop running around looking like the living dead

@Uair Brian, my heart goes out to you, i was never a normal sleeper and it still drives my crazy, when i can not sleep. Wish i could change anything for you.

My day is soso, it is getting hot again and i still do not cope well.

Just bitching.

I haven't managed to stay asleep more than about 90 minutes in days. Right now, I'm staggering drunk, and have been for hours. Doesn't much help. Cortisol is stronger than alcohol.

I've retreated into a total cocoon. I haven't even taken out my trash for a week, or done laundry for a month. Two months.

This life isn't worth living. I wish I didn't have such a strong will to survive. Suicides have it easy.
