@rmondello having just gone through smoke damage in our apartment, that looks an awful lot like what we had. soot. maybe the tv was running so hot it was smoking a bit? we were recommended to not use any liquids, just dry cloths/vacuums to get it cleaned.

@luxuryluke @splorp found a decently priced and located office spot in vancouver. hoping to fill it with creative people, maybe dabble with offering a small artist residency! i want to work out of a spot like this and couldn’t find one, so i took the plunge.
